Yukiru Sugisaki (杉崎 ゆきる) is a Japanese manga artist. She has created numerous manga in several demographics, but is perhaps best known for creating the seinen series 1001knights (2012) and the shōjo series D.N.Angel (1997).
Most of her manga series have been translated to many languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Germany, Thai, etc.

However she is also well know worldwide because of the numerous manga series she has started and she hasn't finished yet; I will tell you about Yukiru Sensei's interrupted manga series.

[MANGA] Lagoon Engine: Historia y Personajes

 Lagoon Engine (ラグーンエンジン) es un manga creado por Yukiru Sugisaki|, del género Shōjo. Sus protagonistas son Yen Ragun, de 12 años, y su hermano pequeño Jin Ragun, de 11 años, los cuales deben exorcizar a los maga, que son espíritus. Para derrotar a los maga, deben tratar de adivinar su nombre.

Serializado en la revista Kadokawa Asuka, ya lleva 7 tomos recopilatorios en el país nipón, siendo el séptimo lanzado el 17 de noviembre del 2007.

The Ragun family is dedicated to defeating ghosts, evil spirits, etc. - known as 'Maga' Yen and Jin just happen to the successors of the family, and they have to fight Maga too. In short: Yen and Jin are Gakushi.

Both Yen and Jin have Maga - though not evil maga. Yen's Maga is called Koga, while Jin's maga is named Sora. Koga is good with gathering information, analysing and remembering things, though he's extremely bad at attacking. Sora has no intellectual power whatsoever, but his attack power is very high.
